Speaking in Kaduna on Sunday May 29, 2016, the Secretary General of Hope Arewa Development Initiative (HADI),Mallam Musa Wada, said Amnesty programme is a national project which must be supported by all Nigerians considering the role it has played in stabilizing the polity.
While condemning calls for the removal of the Coordinator of the Amnesty programme, Brig Gen Paul Boroh, the group said the calls was for a selfish interest of some elites in the Niger-Delta region who are not comfortable with the transparent approach in the entire programme.
