Jeremy Piven Injured biker will not be pressing charges against actor

autograph than a lawsuit.

Following a freak accident involving the actor's car door and a biker, finally identified as Erick Netterblad, on Tuesday, July 19, the 35-year-old victim has decided he would not be pressing charges.

TMZ reports that the biker had been stunned to see Piven's face after suffering an injury to his chest, immediately recognising the star from the movie, 'Entourage.'

Apart from being mind blown by the fact that he had just met Piven, Netterblad reveals that he has no plans to sue seeing as the actor had been very helpful.

Piven had assisted him to his feet and waited with him until the ambulance arrived and as the police also reported, was very cooperative following the accident.

Netterblad reportedly received a couple of stitches but was released to go home five hours later.
