National and West African Boxing Union featherweight boxer, Waidi "Skoro" Usman, has promised to reclaim his glory after losing to Uganda's Edward "Shaka" Kakembo in December 2015.
In a recent chat with Skoro, who is billed to fight David "Lucky Boy" Ekpenyong at GOtv Boxing Night 8 on July 30, 2016, the boxer vowed to make his next opponent pay for his loss in December.

Set to return to action for the first time since his title loss, Skoro apologised to fans for his loss saying Lucky Boy will pay for his loss.
In his words, "I want to seize this opportunity to apologise to Nigerians for my loss to Kakembo. I am already itching for a rematch and I promise to deal with Kakembo when next I fight him. In the meantime, Lucky Boy, my opponent at GOtv Boxing Night 8, will see fire.
"I have been training hard, getting in shape and will make Lucky Boy pay for my defeat. I am using the fight to get prepared for Kakembo, who is the target. Lucky Boy will be beaten like a small boy," he boasted.
The National Featherweight Title between Skoro and Lucky Boy is billed for the Indoor Sports Hall of the National Stadium, Lagos, on 30 July, 2016.
